PTA…A FAMILY AFFAIR
Thank you to everyone who has joined PTA so far this year! Our membership drive is still going "full speed ahead". Maybe you want to help at school but your schedule is too busy, you can still help with your donation of $6 for a PTA membership. $3 of the donation stays with RES and helps pay for good stuff the school needs, like supplies and playground toys. The class which brings in the most memberships during the month of November will win a popcorn party!! Thank you for your support! SPIRIT SHIRTS
This year, we are doing something new called “Spirit Fridays.” We have cool red or blue swirled “Ramblewood Rocks” t-shirts for $8 that students can wear ON FRIDAYS ONLY. Each Friday, teachers will keep track of the number of kids wearing the shirts and report it to PTA. The class with the most participation wins. This class gets a place of honor on the Wall of Fame, and receives the brightly-colored “Spirit Stick” to display in their classroom until the following week. In case of a tie, PTA will do a drawing. Let’s rock the spirit shirts! Print out an order form here . Fill it out and send it to PTA along with your cash or check payment. Note: we will start counting shirts on Friday, September 18. This year, we are selling navy blue Ramblewood Rams zippered hoodie sweatshirts for $18…they are a hot seller! Ramblewood gym shirts and polo shirts are also available. This year we are happy to offer Ramblewood Rams car magnets for $3. Show your school spirit all around town!
Cold and flu season is on the way-for $3, we also have small bottles of hand sanitizer gel that clip right on your child’s backpack or lunchbox. You have a choice of 3 cool designs!
